•How did each group feel about your position and why?
•What, if anything, did the larger group feel like doing in response to the unjust situation? What did they actually do about it? Which rights did they feel were being denied?
•How were the smaller group advantaged? What would be the long-term consequences of this? What did they think about their advantage and did they consider doing anything about it? Did they feel guilty about doing well?
•In the longer term, how does the distribution of resources affect education?
Did you know that in 1960 the UN published the Convention Against Discrimination in Education?
Download the document below and divide up the 'articles' amongst the group to be read and summarised.
Now its over to you. Create your own 10 actions to prevent discrimination in education and put the on a PPT slide.

Then choose up to 3 students to give a 3 minute presentation to the rest of the Lower School during P3 in the Theatre.
You should outline your actions and explain how each would prevent discrimination in education.
